I led communications for 8,000 JetBlue flight attendants, shaping how the company’s most visible workgroup received and interpreted the issues that directly impacted their work and quality of life.
After transitioning from Marketing to Corporate Communications, I became responsible for carrying the JetBlue voice across high-frequency internal channels. I translated operational updates, policy changes, and strategic priorities into messaging that was clear, consistent, and unmistakably on brand.
Alongside critical updates, I regularly spotlighted crewmember stories, elevating frontline voices and reinforcing what it meant to show up as JetBlue. The work was not only about clarity. It was about connection and identity.
